Phi Hotel Palio bids you good morning with an international breakfast full of sweet and savoury delicacies in a very cosy atmosphere, where the friendly and attentive staff are on hand to cater for all your needs.

Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and tasty assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high quality baked goods, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, yoghurt, cereals, jams and marmalades, highlighting some typical local products, such as Piedmont hazelnuts, gianduia and cocoa spreads, and a selection of traditional cheeses including Toma, Robiola, and Tometta, all accompanied by coffee specialties and a wide selection of hot and cold beverages.

The jams in our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels.

The initiative called ‘The Good that is Good’ expresses the focus on the well-being of guests, because the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at the point of ripeness, untreated and with a low calorie intake, and meets the realisation of common benefit, because Phi Hotels by purchasing the jams contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolenghino Monastery.

In order to offer an environmentally and socially friendly breakfast service, we pay special attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste and using sustainable local products with 0 km. The service runs from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. from Mondays to Fridays and from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. For guests who need to leave early, there is an Early Breakfast service.
